Common problems guide
Common questions and a guide to using the extension
Common questions
First, make sure the site is enabled in the extension’s site list.
If that site is already open, press Ctrl + F5, or close the browser completely and open it again so the extension applies to the page.
Microsoft Edge does not allow third-party extensions on Microsoft sites (including Copilot) by default. This is a security limit on Edge’s side.
Suggested fixes:
• Use Google Chrome
• Use Brave Browser
• Use Opera Browser
With these browsers, the extension works on Copilot and every other site.
In 90% of cases, these steps fix the problem if you follow them in order:
1. Check for updates: make sure you have the latest version of the extension.
2. Check activation: make sure the extension is enabled for that site.
3. Toggle it: turn the target site off and on once in the extension menu.
4. Hard refresh: press Ctrl + F5 (on Mac: Cmd + Shift + R) to reload the page and clear the cache.
5. Extension conflicts: temporarily turn off other extensions that change styles or fonts.
⚠️ If you tried every step and it still fails, the site was probably updated. Send the site address to support so we can ship a fix quickly.
The extension has three processing algorithms:
▪️ Advanced section analysis
Each paragraph and sentence is checked on its own. Best for mixed-language text when you need high accuracy.
▪️ Advanced unified analysis
The whole reply is processed as one structure. A balanced choice of accuracy and speed for most people.
▪️ Detection from the first word
Text direction is decided from the first word only. Very fast, and a good fit for slower computers or when a site feels laggy.
This usually happens for these reasons:
• The site loads content dynamically.
• The site’s HTML structure is very complex.
• The current algorithm does not fit that structure.
Suggestion: try another algorithm in the extension settings. If that does not fix it, send a screenshot and the page address to support.
The extension is built to leave code and math formulas unchanged. If this still happens:
• Make sure you are using the latest version of the extension.
• Switch the algorithm.
• Refresh the page once.
If it only happens on one site, send me the address so I can fix that site’s code specifically.
The extension is built so its code runs only on enabled sites, and only while it fixes text. In normal use it does not use your CPU or RAM.
Tip: on a very slow computer, choose “Detection from the first word” so processing stays as fast as possible.
AI replies are generated live (streamed, typed out). Sometimes the extension has to wait until typing finishes, or fix each paragraph as soon as it appears.
If the text is not right-to-left, set the algorithm to “Advanced section analysis” so it tracks live text changes more reliably.
No. The extension runs entirely locally in your browser. It does not send or store your data, text, prompts, or personal information on any external server.
Send the site address through this page or directly on Telegram. Requests are reviewed and added to the list of 50 supported sites in a later update.
